Technical Lead - JavaScript

• responsible for leading and guiding the development of JavaScript-based applications and solutions
• Your expertise in JavaScript development, coupled with your leadership skills, will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and the growth of the development team

Key Responsibilities:

• Development Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers specializing in JavaScript, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and training to optimize their skills and productivity
• Architecture and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect JavaScript-based applications and solutions that align with business and technical requirements
• Software Development: Develop and maintain complex web applications, components, and modules using JavaScript and related technologies
• Code Review: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality, best practices, and coding standards are maintained within the team
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to software architecture, code, and development processes
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, implement optimizations, and conduct load testing for JavaScript-based applications
• Security: Implement and ensure adherence to security best practices to protect against common web application vulnerabilities
• Front-End Integration: Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between the server-side and client-side components
• Technical Expertise: Stay current with JavaScript and related technologies, trends, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Project Management: Manage development projects, including requirements gathering, estimation, project planning, and delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in JavaScript development, with a strong track record of developing web applications
• Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
• Proficiency in JavaScript and related libraries/frameworks (eg, React, Angular, Node js)
• Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs
• Experience with version control systems (eg, Git) and agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (eg, JavaScript frameworks) is a plus
• Knowledge of back-end technologies and databases (eg, Node js, MongoDB) is a plus
