Sr. S/W Engineer - JavaScript

• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Architecture and Design: Collaborate with the architecture team to design robust and maintainable software solutions, adhering to best practices and coding standards
• Front-End Development: Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience
• Code Review: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, ensuring code quality and consistency
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve application speed and efficiency
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to deliver feature-rich applications on time
• Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and perform debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of the codebase
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to the software architecture, code, and development processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proficiency in JavaScript and related libraries/frameworks (eg, React, Angular, Vue js)
• Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming
• Knowledge of front-end build tools (eg, Webpack, Babel) and package managers (eg, npm, yarn)
• Familiarity with version control systems (eg, Git) and agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with testing frameworks (eg, Jest, Mocha) is a plus
• Knowledge of server-side JavaScript (Node js) is a plus
