Product Owner/Data Analyst - IT (8-12 yrs)

- We are hiring a Product Owner/Data Analyst for full-time employment at LTI Mindtree in Gurgaon.

- The role focuses on utilizing data management and analysis to drive business outcomes, working closely with both engineering teams and business leaders to define priorities, create roadmaps, and ensure the successful development and deployment of data-driven products.

- The ideal candidate should be hands-on with SQL and have strong experience with data lifecycle management.

- Candidates must be able to join within 30 days.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drive value creation and operational efficiency through data management, exploitation, and data-enabled strategies.

- Lead business outcome improvements using data insights.

- Collaborate with business leaders to define priorities and develop product roadmaps.

- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and wireframes for engineering teams.

- Manage product lifecycle, including prioritizing features and ensuring high-quality and timely development.

- Coordinate the release and deployment of product updates and new features.

- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure a bug-free, reliable product.

- Participate in agile ceremonies and apply agile principles in project management.

- Work with tools like Rally and other project management software.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- 8-12 years of experience in product ownership, data analysis, or related roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with SQL.

- Secondary technical skills: Big Data, Spark, Tableau, Power BI.

- Strong understanding of data lifecycles.

- Familiarity with product lifecycle and agile project management.

- Experience in the BFSI domain is preferred.

- Experience with tools like Scrum, Rally, and other project management systems.

- Ability to prioritize features and ensure alignment between business and engineering teams.
