Solution Architect - Network Automation (12-15 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Network Automation Solution Architect with a strong background in IP/MPLS networks, Python development, and telecom domain expertise.

This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in network design and automation to lead technical solutions for internal and client-facing projects.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop automation frameworks using Python for IP/MPLS network environments.

- Provide high-level and low-level design for network automation solutions.

- Lead technical discussions with customers and internal teams regarding IP/MPLS and SDN technologies.

- Develop and implement innovative solutions for network management, leveraging SDN and IP/Optical networking expertise.

- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to transform analytical insights into actionable solutions.

- Act as a key liaison between senior executives, sales, and technical teams, ensuring alignment of technical capabilities with business goals.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in networking and network management, maintaining competitive solutions.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

Mandatory Skills :

- Python Coding and Development : Advanced proficiency with Python for automation.

- Networking Expertise : Hands-on experience with IP/MPLS networks, including routing protocols (e.g, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS).

- Solution Architecture : High-level and low-level design experience for automation and networking solutions.

Preferred Skills :

- Expertise in SDN (Software-Defined Networking) and IP/Optical networking.

- Knowledge of network management market strategies, offerings, and competitive landscape.

- Proven leadership and negotiation skills in collaborative environments.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with senior stakeholders and teams.

Experience :

- 10+ years in telecom with significant exposure to IP/MPLS networks and automation frameworks.

- Demonstrated ability to lead technical and business discussions with clients and internal teams.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics)
