Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the client base for a variety of industrial automation products. The role requires a proactive and dynamic approach to generate leads, engage with clients, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Product Focus:
• Roller Conveyor, Power and Free Conveyor, Chain Conveyor, Belt Conveyor, Modular Conveyor, Turntable, Divertor, Turnover Device, Industrial Lift, Pick-to-Light, Press Machine, Assembly Line, Sub-Assembly Setup, General Washing Machine, Jib Crane, Pick and Place, Servo Press Machine, Servo Gantry System, Industrial PLC Automation.
• Lead Generation:
• Proactively generate leads and inquiries from industries including Automobile, Food Processing, Logistics, and Material Handling.
• Constant visits to industrial areas, commercial locations, and new business development opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with consultants and end clients.
• Client Interaction:
• Initiate regular phone calls and in-person meetings to engage with potential clients across industrial and commercial sectors.
• Conduct product presentations to showcase solutions and secure business.
• Register the company and products with consultants and key decision-makers in target industries.
• Sales Execution:
• Drive efforts to convert inquiries into sales by identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Target Achievement:
• Ensure sales targets are met by actively closing deals and finalizing orders.
• Follow up with clients to ensure successful project implementation and collect payments.
• Trade Shows & Exhibitions:
• Participate in industry trade shows and exhibitions to represent the company and promote its products.
• Team Coordination:
• Coordinate efforts with the marketing, sales management, accounting, and technical service teams to ensure a seamless sales process.

Desired Profile:

• Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems like Roller Conveyors, Belt Conveyors, Gantry Systems, Turntable Design, Turnover Devices, Pick and Place Machines, Special Purpose Machines, and related systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
• Leadership qualities and ability to coordinate with internal teams for project success.
• Previous experience in handling large-scale projects in automation and material handling.
