Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to the team.
Set clear sales objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations for the inside sales team.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to ensure effective sales pipeline management.
Identify skills gaps and provide relevant training and resources to enhance sales team performance.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies tailored to the Audio-Visual sectors.
Identify and target key market segments, potential clients, and strategic opportunities.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to refine sales strategies.
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and messaging with sales efforts.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Oversee the lead generation process, ensuring that the team qualifies and engages high-potential prospects.
Leverage CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and follow-up actions.
Develop and implement strategies for cold calling, email outreach, and online prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and key clients in the Audio-Visual industries.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the sales pipeline from initial prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent and effective communication with clients.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, working closely with the legal and finance teams.
Collaborate with the customer success and operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs and high client satisfaction.
Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and post-sales activities.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and report on key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and client acquisition.
Conduct regular sales performance reviews and adjust strategies as needed.
Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Cooperation:
Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and client expectations.
Ensure that all sales strategies and tactics are in line with the companys overall vision and mission.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance within the sales team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience (5+ years) in inside sales, business development, or account management in the BPO or Audio-Visual industries.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales leadership or management role.
Strong knowledge of the BPO landscape and Audio-Visual technology trends, products, and services.
Skills:
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Key Competencies:
Strong problem-solving abilities.
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build relationships and network effectively within the industry.
Knowledge of customer service best practices and post-sales processes.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced office setting.
Collaborative environment with frequent cross-department interaction.
Occasional travel for industry events, client meetings, or conferences (if necessary).
