• Customer Relationship Management:
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements.
• Inventory Management:
• Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Monitor inventory turnover and optimize stock management.
• Ensure the display of vehicles is visually appealing and organized.
• Financial Management:
• Manage sales budgets and control expenses.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze financial data.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales transactions.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
