Program & Project Manager

What you'll be doing...

We are excited to welcome a highly skilled and imaginative individual to join our team as a Visualization and Operations Support Manager. This multifaceted role requires a combination of creative and organizational abilities to elevate our executive presentations and provide exceptional support to our India location.

• Create captivating & impactful presentations that effectively communicate complex business concepts in a visually appealing manner.
• Work closely with the team to understand their goals and transform their ideas into compelling stories that resonate with audiences.
• Translate business needs into engaging narratives to drive the success of presentations
• Manage key timelines and effectively communicate with various teams
• Be the bridge between the India and US offices, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate culture committee initiatives, newsletters, and other projects between onshore and offshore locations
• Connect with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Provide support to the team, including taking meeting notes, documenting key actions, and handling other administrative tasks.
• Streamline operations and ensure that the team stays focused on their goals.

What we're looking for...

You will need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced visualization skills to create compelling presentations that effectively communicate complex business concepts in a visually appealing manner
• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into engaging narratives that drive the success of presentations
• Strong organizational skills to manage key timelines and effectively communicate with various teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills to work with multiple teams to generate coherent & valuable insights beneficial to multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of projects
• Experience in a corporate setting, preferably in a similar role, to bring a deep understanding of the demands and challenges of the position
• Research, evaluate and implement industry leading best practices and advance technology in graphics development and advanced visualization
• Liaison with business stakeholders and Leadership to regularly update business knowledge content/repository
• Conceptualize visuals, present ideas and develop graphics, videos and animations
• Maintain organization best practices and design methods in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe tools and other Infographic tools.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Master's degree (preferably in Analytics or Design)
• Ability to work in shifts based on business requirements
• Market research, consulting and/ or strategy experience
• Experience with Google Suite (including but not limited to google spreadsheet, google slides, google sites among others) and other latest and advanced design tools
• Ability to learn quickly and identify critical paths to solve complex issues.
• Highly motivated, self-starter
• Excellent analytical, verbal communication , written communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior leadership and get requirements
• Experience working independently under tight time constraints and delivering accurate results.
