Role & Responsibilities :

- Analyse the requirements for software.

Prepare /review necessary documentation like User needs, SRS, design documents, flow diagrams, user manuals, etc, as required by the project Manage a set of developers/vendors for getting the application developed as per the customer's requirement

Manage the schedule of the project without any slippage Manage the delivery to the customer Work with onsite and offshore teams Timely reporting of issues and solutions Manage the various acceptance tests and security audits required as per the project requirements.

Qualifications and Skills Required :

Experience :

- 8 to 10 years in the relevant field and industry

Educational Qualifications : Qualification :

- Full Time MBA or MCA or M.Tech/B.Tech/B.from a reputed University/ Institute Relevant Certifications : PMP or Prince2 or equivalent is a must.

- Strong experience in Web Application development projects using technologies like Java, Angular, React, NodeJS etc.

- Strong experience in user requirements analysis and use case preparation.

- Expertise in preparing GANTT charts and schedule tracking.

- Expertise in software estimation.

- Strong working experience in MS Office suite including MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.

- Working knowledge of MS Project or similar software tools is desirable.

- Experience in preparing regular status reports regarding software development projects.

- Experience in conducting user acceptance tests and end user trainings.

- Experience in collecting and analyzing metrics related to the software development projects.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Understanding of SQL and experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is desirable.

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

- Experience with Docker and containerization is a bonus
