Acceskeys - Project Manager - PMP/Prince2 (8-12 yrs)

As a Korean-Speaking Project Manager, you will :

- Manage and execute IT projects for a Korea-based IT firm.

- Act as a key liaison between our Indian and Korean teams to ensure project alignment and effective communication.

- Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects within the specified timeline and budget.

- Address operational challenges and maintain smooth project workflows.

- Ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management :

- Oversee end-to-end project life cycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Stakeholder Communication :

- Collaborate effectively with Korean clients and partners to understand project requirements and ensure successful delivery.

- Provide regular updates and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders.

Operational Excellence :

- Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions promptly to minimize downtime.

Documentation and Reporting :

- Prepare detailed project documentation, including reports, proposals, and presentations.

- Ensure all communications and deliverables are translated accurately between English and Korean.

Required Qualifications :

Language Proficiency : Fluency in Korean (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory. Certification in Korean language proficiency is preferred.

Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management.

- Proven track record of managing IT projects for a Korea-based IT firm is highly desirable.

Technical Skills : Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Soft Skills : Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2).

- Understanding of Korean work culture and business etiquette.
