PMO Manager (8-13 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Independently work with clients to understand technical and commercial requirements for various projects.

- Manage Project resource management i. e-resource utilization monitoring and forecast.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues.

- Assign tasks to engineers, and create and assign user stories, based on skills, experience, and availability.

- Track project progress, Time sheet, Project cost, and status report.

- Initiate design reviews, evaluate risks, and propose risk mitigation plans.

- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

- Lead, plan, and track all phases/Milestones of the product/project life cycle to ensure on-time and in-budget delivery.

- Mentor and develop team members.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest development trends and technologies.

Requirements :

- 10 + Years experience with a minimum of years of experience in project management in Embedded.

- Experience in handling multiple projects concurrently.

- Should have successfully handled at least 2-3 complete life cycle projects in the role of a Project Manager.

- Experience in agile and iterative project management methodology.

- Strong understanding of project management, configuration management, and team handling skills.

- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect business requirements.

- Experience in embedded domains e. g. Microcontroller, FPGA, Processors, Hardware, and Firmware Life cycle.

- Must have experience using any agile project management tool.

- Must have the ability to understand the technical language.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Hands-on experience with MS Projects and Microsoft Excel suite.

- Experience in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Desirable Skills :

- Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.

- Must have the ability to understand the technical language.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to provide hands-on guidance to the project teams as part of steering the projects forward.

- Experience in Pre-sales support, scoping, estimation, and coordination with sales team and prospects.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- PMP or ACP or PRINCE2 trained, certification is not required, but good to have.

- Established organizations working on Embedded.
