Newt Global is hiring a Technical Program/Project manager with 8 to 20 years of experience in Chennai.

Job Description:-

•      8+ years of experience in project or program management with a focus on data engineering or data-related projects..
•      Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
•      Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, ETL, data warehousing, and big data technologies..
•      Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
•      Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
•      Ability to navigate and manage project dependencies across multiple teams.
•      Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
•      Experience working in a software development or IT infrastructure environment.
•      Technical background or familiarity with cloud computing, software development lifecycle, or DevOps.
•      Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, ITIL, SAFE or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus.
•      Experience with data analysis or business intelligence projects.
•      Strong banking product experience in Retail, Cards, Deposits, Mortgage, Risk & controls etc. 

Banking Domain Preferred.

Notice Period: immediate to 1 month

Work mode: Chennai (Hybrid - 2 days/week)
