KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Testing of group products and enhancement projects
  • Good knowledge about Group Asia and closure of bugs in co-ordination with IT team
  • Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • End to end resolution approach
  • Process documentation
  • Exception handling
  • Manual, functional and bulk testing checker activity
  • BRD Preparing, reviewing and discussing with IT.
  • Project planning, execution and Maintenance.
  • Co-ordinating with Business for process signoff and UAT signoff
