Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in

collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation,

task scheduling, and risk management.

• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, testers, and

consultants, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their

business needs, providing status updates, and managing expectations.

• Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure the

efficient use of resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, keeping stakeholders informed of potential challenges and proactively addressing issues.
• Agile/Scrum Methodology: Lead Agile or Scrum ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives), promoting agile principles to ensure rapid and iterative delivery of project milestones.
• Release Management: Oversee the coordination and execution of software releases, ensuring smooth deployment across development, testing, and production environments, while minimizing risks and disruptions.
• Knowledge Transfer (KT) Sessions: Organize and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions across various teams to ensure proper handover of project insights, deliverables, and best practices for ongoing support and continuity.
• Reporting and Documentation: Create comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project plans, risk logs, and post-project reviews.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders,

ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing any changes in project scope or

timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:\

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in an IT services or technology-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, and Asana).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), software development lifecycles, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing software releases and coordinating KT sessions is highly desirable.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master Certification is a plus
