Project Manager-Automation

Role

We are looking for a Project Manager-Automation who can manage small to large scale projects in Pharma, Oil & Gas and F&B domain for our overseas clients. Job involves project planning and scheduling activities, coordination with various departments, managing deadlines and workflow, and leading teams to successfully complete projects on time with customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Project management activities like planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and lead the team for quality and on-time delivery of projects
• Develop and maintain project performance databases that track overall progress of the project
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Support software team for building Software standards and documents
• Focus on Process improvement/Efficiency/Technology upgrade for the Software development team
• Train the Automation engineers on various software platforms

Profile requirements

• Any Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of project execution experience with Rockwell / Siemens / Honeywell make of Control & Automation systems
• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing / coordinating Automation projects
• Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and self-motivate with an elevated level of commitment and initiative
