Job Role :

- Experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead software development and automation projects.

- Candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, to drive project success.

- Project Planning & Execution : Define project scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams.

- Agile & Scrum Management : Adhere to Agile methodologies, facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure continuous improvement in the software development lifecycle.

- Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication regarding project status, risks, and progress.

- Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

- Budget & Resource Management : Monitor project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure cost-effective execution.

- Quality Assurance : Work with delivery teams to ensure deliverable meets quality standards and compliance requirements before deployment.

- Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain project documentation; generate reports, and present project updates to senior management.

- Prior experience with healthcare domain will be an added advantage.
