Global Change Project Manager, Project Voyager

Within Voyager s Global Change Management team, Diageo is seeking a Change Project Manager who has relevant project and change management experience to lead the planning, integration & delivery of change workstream activities & outcomes all waves. The successful candidate has the opportunity to play a substantial role in driving Diageo s transformation.

Purpose of Role

The Change Project Manager is an important member of Voyager s Global Change team, playing a key role in ensuring Voyager s change and deployment activities are planned and delivered on time and budget. The role will lead & support Change & Implementation Champions (CICs) to successfully execute change & deployment activities. Through great planning, organization and communication, the role will drive delivery of critical paths across and within waves, achieving key milestones and ensuring close alignment with dependent workstreams and key stakeholders.

Outcomes will be achieved by working within the Global Change Teams (Change Impacts, Communications & Stakeholder Engagement and Training teams), third-party service providers, Regional and Local Change and Deployment teams, Voyager Leadership team and business stakeholders.

Preference is for the role to be located in Budapest or Bangalore where Diageo has office hubs. From time to time, travel to other Diageo sites may be required.
