Sr. Manager - Projects

We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 13 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Process Management (SolDoc) CHARM and Solution Manager. Experience in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving technological advancements and ensuring efficient process management.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that align with business objectives.

Oversee the development and maintenance of Process Management (SolDoc) systems to ensure optimal performance.

Provide expertise in CHARM to manage changes and ensure system stability.

Utilize Solution Manager to monitor and improve system operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture.

Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Develop and maintain documentation for all technology processes and systems.

Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and integrate them into existing systems.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.

Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

Possess a deep understanding of Process Management (SolDoc) and its applications.

Demonstrate expertise in CHARM for effective change management.

Have extensive experience with Solution Manager for system monitoring and improvement.

Nice to have experience in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics.

Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address technical challenges.

Show excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Display a proactive approach to staying updated with technological advancements.
