Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MongoDB GCP Public Cloud Admin PostgreSQL Administration Cloud SQL and Google Cloud Spanner. Experience in Property Casualty Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust infrastructure solutions using MongoDB GCP Public Cloud PostgreSQL Cloud SQL and Google Cloud Spanner.

Oversee the deployment and maintenance of cloud-based systems to ensure high availability and performance.

Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to optimize database performance and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and develop comprehensive solutions.

Ensure the security and compliance of cloud infrastructure in accordance with industry standards and best practices.

Monitor and manage cloud resources to optimize cost and efficiency.

Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes configurations and procedures.

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.

Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard data integrity.

Conduct regular performance tuning and capacity planning to meet business needs.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in cloud technologies and recommend improvements.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and practices.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in MongoDB GCP Public Cloud Admin PostgreSQL Administration Cloud SQL and Google Cloud Spanner.

Have a minimum of 12 years of experience in infrastructure architecture and cloud technologies.

Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud solutions.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Show proficiency in performance tuning and capacity planning for cloud environments.

Have experience in Property Casualty Insurance domain (nice to have).

Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
