Role : Project Manager
WFO and WFH
Experience Required : 3+ Years
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
- Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
- Serve as a senior team member, responsible for facilitating the adoption, implementation and sustainability of Agile processes, principles, and practices.
- Lead the scaling of Agile from team level to enterprise level.
- Act as a change agent and as part of the team of Coaches leading and supporting teams and individuals in their Agile journey.
- Be able to make decisions and independently drive any aspect of Agile rollout at a team and management level.
- Provide high-touch and hands-on team guidance, support, and coaching in close coop
- Perform ongoing assessments of the teams' Scrum maturity to inform ongoing support decisions
- Advise on dependency management techniques between internal teams and third parties, release managers, or between Agile teams.
- Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
- Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
- Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
- Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.
- Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
- Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
- Works with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role.
- Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
- Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
- Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
- Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
- Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
- Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
- Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
- Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
- Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
Skills & Qualification Required :
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- A valid engineering license.
- 3 or more years' field and project planning experience.
- Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.
- The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
- Excellent project management and supervision skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.
