2. SUMMARY OF THE POSITION :
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver OOH projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress and mitigate risks.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily digital operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance., Implement efficient operational processes, optimize efficiency and reduce downtime
- Warehouse & Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and track equipment, implement inventory management systems, Oversee warehouse operations.
- Work Orchestration: Manage and coordinate teams, build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate effectively
- Content Management: Manage content management systems, collaborate with content creators, optimize content delivery.
- Technology & Innovation: Stay updated on AV technologies and trends, Explore and implement innovative solutions (AR, VR, MR) etc., conduct research and analysis.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001:2013), Implement robust security measures, Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.
4. Key Responsibility Areas:
- Managing Projects and Operations for OOH Advertising domain at Delhi Airport
- Upkeep and maintenance of digital assets like screens, videowalls, active LED walls, mobile charging units across all 3 terminals of Delhi Airport
- Management of installed media inventory along with warehouse stocks for smooth operations.
- Handling team with effective communication and work delegation to adhere to defined timelines.
- Handling accurate content delivery with knowledge of CMS and its features and functionalities.
- Management of ISO 27001 (ISMS) standard and its associated compliance across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AV technologies, Proficiency in network security and troubleshooting, Experience with content management systems and digital signage solutions. Proficiency in MS OFFICE and knowledge of MS Projects and project management tools like Gantt Charts is essential.
- People Management: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, Ability to motivate and inspire teams, Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills, Creative thinking and innovation.
- Education & Experience: Degree in engineering, computer science, or related field,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AV projects and operations.
