Project Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management, from initiation to closure, for critical initiatives related to Operations, Risk, Compliance, Internal Controls & Customer Service domain.
• Develop comprehensive project plans & execute them in a time bound manner.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with various internal teams as well as vendors to ensure alignment and efficient progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performances and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings and discussions to drive decision-making and issue resolution.
• Champion best practices in project management, operational excellence & risk management to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, compliance standards and industry best practices.
• Ensure test cases are designed to cover functional requirements, data integrity, security & regulatory compliance.
• Document test case scenarios, expected outcome and testing procedures for various aspects of the project.
• Ensure test cases are developed and executed to validate that new developments do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
• Collaborate with technology team to identify suitable test cases for automation, resulting in improved testing efficiency and coverage.
• Evaluate risks associated with new developments by analyzing test results and identifying potential areas of concern.
• Analyze test results and provide concise and accurate reports to project stakeholders, including any deviations from expected outcome.

Preferred candidate profile:

• MBA/Post Graduates preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
