Akkodis - Project Manager - RPA/Power Platform (9-12 yrs)

Role Summary / Preferred Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT projects, specifically with Microsoft Power Platform or similar technologies.

- Responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of the project within scope, budget, and timelines.

- Experience managing offshore outsourcing teams, particularly in India, is highly desirable.

Technical Skills :

- Microsoft Power Platform Knowledge / Project Management tools knowledge / IT infrastructure understanding

- Agile methodologies / Data Management and Analytics / Integration and Automation Skills

- Security and compliance awareness / Communication and Stake holder management / Troubleshooting and Problem Solving

Responsibilities :

- Plan and manage the overall project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets.

- Coordinate and lead project teams, including offshore teams in India, ensuring clarity on roles, responsibilities, and tasks.

- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and mitigate risks proactively.

- Manage project budget and expenses, ensuring financial control and reporting.

- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

- Conduct regular project meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.

- Facilitate change management processes as required throughout the project lifecycle.

- Should be able to identify, interview and train junior engineers for specific tasks

Certifications :

- PMP certification (Required)

- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) (Good to have)

- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) (Good to have)
