Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 12-15 years of experience in civil engineering with a strong focus on project management.
Bachelors degree in civil engineering from a reputable institution. Masters degree or PMP certification preferred.
Proven experience in commercial, hospitality, and residential projects.
Expertise in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges and propose innovative solutions.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA 30-hour) is a plus.
Experience with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications (e.g., LEED) is preferred.
