Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager (prefer with ITIL certification), should have a strong background in project handling, project management, team leadership, customer interaction, SLA (Service Level Agreement) management, MIS (Management Information System) report management, and escalation management. As an IT Project Manager, he will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects, meeting client expectations, and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities:

Project Handling and Management:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop project plans, define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Customer Interaction:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and expectations.
• Ensure effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

SLA Management:

• Define and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet client expectations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve SLA performance.

MIS Report Management:

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Analyze project data and performance metrics to generate insightful reports for stakeholders.

Escalation Management:

• Develop an effective escalation process for addressing issues and challenges during project implementation.
• Ensure timely resolution of escalated issues, minimizing impact on project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT project management and team leadership.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
