Job Title: Project Manager (Government Building Construction)

Currently, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Head to join our team and oversee construction projects with a focus on independently handling all activities and efficiently managing the required manpower at the site.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including scope, schedule, and budget.

2. Budget Management: Monitor project finances, track expenses, and ensure adherence to the budget.

3. Schedule Management: Create and manage the construction schedule, ensuring timely completion of all project milestones and coordinate activities to minimize delays and disruptions.

4. Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of construction professionals, including site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.

5. Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality control procedures to meet or exceed construction standards and specifications.

6. Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, including clients.

7. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process and make informed decisions to keep the project on track

8. Resource Management: Independently organize and manage labour resources, subcontractors, and material suppliers to facilitate the successful execution of civil construction projects.

9.Liasoning: Proven capability to establish and maintain effective liaisons with diverse stakeholders, including government client. MES, CPWD experience preferrable

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience of 15 Years in Civil Construction (Buildings)
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, successfully delivering projects of varying scale and complexity.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead diverse on-site teams effectively.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Candidates must speak English and Hindi
• Note: Candidate preferable who have worked with Government Clients such as MES, CPWD etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Minimum 70000/month and above for deserving candidates
