Project Director_Solar EPC

Project Planning & Management:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of solar EPC projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and procurement schedules.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
• Oversee all project milestones and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Procurement & Vendor Management:

• Procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for the project.
• Vendor selection and negotiations, ensuring high-quality supplies at competitive prices.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues related to procurement.

Construction & Site Management:

• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any technical or logistical issues.
• Ensure the installation of solar panels, inverters, electrical systems, and related equipment meets industry standards.

Commissioning & Handover:

• Commissioning process of the solar power systems to ensure successful integration and performance.
• Ensure all required documentation, including warranties, manuals, and compliance certificates, are provided to clients.
• Facilitate the final handover and conduct a post-project review to assess the success of the project.
