Project Coordinator

Skills Required:

• Proven working experience of project Coordination in the information technology sector .

• Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies .

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills .

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills .

• life Cycle using Agile/Scrum and Iterative Methodologies; knowledge of artifacts .

• Budget accountability.

• Ability to engage clients and build strong trust and rapport .

• Strong adherence to process and protocols .

• Strong experience with Plan view .

• Ability to detect and resolve problems - drive results to completion.

• Work independently across project and program domains .

• Strong ability to facilitate meetings .

Roles Responsibilities:

• Developing schedules and methods for measuring results.

• Requirement Gathering through SRS.

• Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project.

• Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.

• Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities.

• Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.

• Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.

• Manage budget and resources to deliver project expectations on time.

• Perform detailed project planning and scheduling, critical path analysis and project reporting for multiple IT projects.

• Assure that the project management disciplines are adhered to resulting in integrity of project scope, budget, schedule, benefit and quality results; status reporting.

• Urgency and focus on application delivery, integration delivery, E2E quality assurance, infrastructure and production readiness.

• Quick to obtain knowledge on Plan view project management financial tool.
