Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Mohan Mutha Infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for managing large-scale infrastructure projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting project execution, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with various internal teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and presentations.
• Track project progress and identify potential issues, escalating them as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage procurement of materials, resources, and equipment for project requirements.
• Organize and lead project meetings to ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Support project managers in preparing project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
• Handle any other administrative tasks related to project management as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Gender Preference: Female candidates only
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields)
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in project coordination or management within the infrastructure industry.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction project processes and terminology is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
