Project Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support our project management team, especially in IT projects. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and management of project schedules, timelines, and deliverables for IT projects.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes for project teams and stakeholders.
• Support project managers in tracking project progress, addressing potential risks, and mitigating delays.
• Communicate with team members, IT vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including technical specifications, status reports, and project plans.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining project-related files and materials (both technical and non-technical).
• Perform administrative duties as required to support the IT project team .
