Job Description
-
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project progress, discuss any issues or concerns, and provide updates on project status. Ensure Customer Expectations are aligned with the development strategy. Ensure gap elimination between requirement understanding and development.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks to ensure timely execution and delivery according to project plans and client requirements.
- Documenting and formalizing change requests (CR), and obtaining approval for CRs.
- Ensure effective client issue management process is followed right from identification to closure so that there is minimum impact in the project.
- Facilitate UAT meetings with the customer and Monitor and track UAT progress, defects, and issues. Ensure UAT sign off from the customers.
- Provide and manage training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and functionalities.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones achieved, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong understanding of the project domain with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to the client.
- Must have good communication skills and have to ensure smooth implementation and functioning of the process and implementation at the department level.
