Servicenow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in implementation, API integration, and customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs. The role requires expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, API integrations, and workflow automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-9 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS, or ReactJS).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration with external systems.
• Experience in ServiceNow Implementation & Customization of modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM.
• Experience with Service Portal development and UI/UX enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency in database concepts, CMDB, and Discovery processes.
• Knowledge of LDAP, SSO, OAuth, and SAML authentication integration.
• Familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD tools for ServiceNow development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a plus.
