The Regional Service Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of services across multiple locations within the region. This role is responsible for ensuring that all service operations meet client expectations and align with company standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Service Management:
• Ensure the effective delivery of services within the region, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement service delivery processes, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of service delivery professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide training to enhance team skills and capabilities.
• Client Relations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Address any service-related issues or escalations promptly and effectively.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track and report on service delivery metrics and KPIs to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate on new service initiatives and process improvements.

 Data Center Wintel, Linux, Virtualization, Backup, Storage, Proxy etc.

 Network & Security Firewalls, Switches, Routers

 End User Services

 Service Desk Management

 ITIL Certified

 Hands on experience around Data Center management or Network & Security Management during the career will be preferred
