AI/ML Developer

Architecture and Design

• Design scalable and efficient backend architectures for chatbot systems.
• Create frameworks and APIs to enable seamless integration of chatbot functionalities.
• Plan for high availability, fault tolerance, and system performance optimization.

Implement natural language processing (NLP) models and algorithms for chatbot interaction.

• Develop features like intent recognition, entity extraction, and contextual conversation management.
• Integrate third-party AI/ML tools and services like Dialogflow, Rasa, GPT APIs, or custom NLP engines.

API Development and Integration

• Build and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs to communicate with the chatbot's front end.
• Integrate external APIs for dynamic data, such as CRMs, payment gateways, or databases.

Database Management

• Design and manage databases (SQL and NoSQL) to store chatbot conversations, user data, and analytics.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval for real-time interactions.

Performance Optimization

• Ensure low latency in chatbot responses and optimize for peak traffic.
• Monitor system performance and implement caching, load balancing, or distributed processing techniques.

Security and Compliance

• Implement security best practices to safeguard user data and conversations (e.g., encryption, secure authentication).
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Testing and Debugging

• Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for the chatbot and its backend systems.
• Debug and resolve issues in chatbot logic, APIs, and system integrations.

Collaboration

• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure smooth user experiences.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to improve chatbot intelligence and capabilities.
• Coordinate with product managers and stakeholders to define chatbot features and roadmaps.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience building AI-powered Applications, ML Models, Custom Algorithms, predictive modelling and Deep Learning
• Strong understanding of NLP techniques, Natural language and image classification.
• Hands-on exposure to build and train LLM from scratch.
• Must have a robust understanding and hands-on with Hypermeter tuning and search.
• Experience in Conversational AI for enterprises using ML and AI.
• Strong foundation and Must have Expertise in the Python programming language and at least 3-4 years of solid hands-on expertise in Django and related frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Applied data science, methodology and Algorithms, including machine learning and predictive analysis/time series forecasting.
• Working knowledge of implementation REST APIs, and OpenAPI specifications.
• Solid Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL and Vector Databases such as PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Must have Robust System design Skills to implement middleware for Integration with various third-party systems etc.
• Good to have Working knowledge of frontend technologies React & JavaScript.
• Good to have Experience with Docker and cloud deployment technologies
