Program Manager (Monitoring and Evaluation)

• Role purpose:Ensuring the effective and smooth functioning of program operations including monitoring,evaluation and reporting systems at Sol ARC
• This role involves collaborating and liaising withinternal and external stakeholders to create relevant solutions for several programs
• Designing and implementing field interventions including coordinating with governmentdepartments
• Key Responsibilities Deliverable OutcomesProgram Management Planning program implementation with team Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Work closely with state teams to support them Tracking program operations to ensure timelines are met Collate data and stories from groundMonitoring andEvaluation Monitor and evaluate program at regular frequency Develop M&E systems aligned with organizational goals
• Generate timely and accurate information fordecision-making
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative monitoring andevaluation methods
• Develop monitoring and evaluation plans, tools, trainingmaterials, reports, and summary forms
• Synthesize monitoring data into effective presentations ofresults
• Guide recommendations on performance improvementbased on analysis
• Create and manage research designs using quantitativeor qualitative methodologies
• Implement relevant sampling strategies for in-houseresearch studies

Person specification

Qualification: Master's degree/Postgraduate in education, statistics,economics, or a related field

• Prior Experience: Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in private or publicsector organizations, including demonstrated success inresearch management and monitoring and evaluation ofprograms
• Essential skills &attributes: Strong programmatic content writing skills Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and theability to interpret complex data
• Excellent organisational and project management skills tooversee multiple initiatives
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal,for effective stakeholder engagement
• Proven experience in designing and implementing M&Eframeworks in fundraising or development contexts
• Proficiency in data collection, management, analysis, andvisualisation using relevant software tools
• Other Specification Willingness to travel across rural and urban places in India
