Program Manager

• Role purpose: The Program Manager at Sol's ARC will play a critical role in overseeingprogram documentation, data collection, and analysis, driving informed decision-makingand enhanced program effectiveness
• This role will be essential in enabling theorganization to assess impact, monitor progress, and ensure data-driven strategies for ourongoing and future initiatives
• This role will involve close collaboration with program teamsto support Sol's ARCs mission and leverage data insights to serve our beneficiaries better
• Key Responsibilities Deliverable OutcomesDocumentation andReporting Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation forall program activities, capturing processes, milestones, andimpact data
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internaland external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Sol'sARCs mission and donor requirements
• Maintain detailed and organized records, facilitating easyaccess and retrieval of information for team use anddonor communications
• Data Collection andManagement Design and implement effective data collection processesfor various programs, ensuring data integrity, accuracy,and consistency
• Train program staff on data collection methods, includingsurvey design, qualitative and quantitative datagathering, and digital data management systems
• Organize, secure, and maintain data collected frommultiple sources, creating a central repository accessibleto relevant teams
• Data Analysis andInsights Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis toidentify trends, challenges, and opportunities for programenhancement
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendationsthat support both programmatic development andstrategic decision-making
• Prepare data-driven reports and dashboards for theleadership team, providing clear, concise insights onprogram performance and outcomes
• Program Monitoring andEvaluation Collaborate with M&E teams to design and executemonitoring frameworks that assess program impact, reach,and overall success
• Utilize data to measure program effectiveness, adaptingstrategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement
• Support donor reporting requirements, providing evidenceof impact through well-documented data and analysis
• Cross-functionalCollaboration Work closely with program leads, the M&E team, andexternal partners to ensure accurate data collectionaligned with project goals
• Collaborate with technology teams to develop orintegrate tools that support streamlined documentationand data management
• Participate in team meetings, sharing insights, providingrecommendations, and keeping staff informed ondocumentation and data management practices

Person specification

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Social Work, Data Science, ProgramManagement, or a related field; Masters degreepreferred

• Proven experience in program documentation, datacollection, and analysis, with 3+ years in a similar role
• Proficiency in data analysis software (eg, Excel, Looker)and documentation management systems
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability totranslate data insights into actionable programrecommendations
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbalcommunication skills
• Prior Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Essential skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to build relationships across theorganisation
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GoogleWorkspace
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and managepriorities effectively
