OYO Rooms - Program Manager - Self Operations Business & Operator Model (4-7 yrs)

Program Manager

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Self Operations Business and Operator Model.

- Oversee the daily operations of self-managed properties and operator-managed hotels.

- Own Revenue Assurance Audits across network and program manage it with all the vendors and stakeholders.

- Ensure P&L of Revenue Assurance process and aim at strengthening SOPs through process improvement.

- Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technology, revenue, finance, and operations.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess performance and do churn management for all operators.

- Ensure all operational activities adhere to OYO's standards and policies.
