Program Manager - B2C Sales & Strategy

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and achieve B2C Renewal conversion targets across Motor, Health and Life renewals 2. Work along with product team to develop B2C renewals product charter and align developments to ensure customer satisfaction and in the process enable unassisted renewals 3. Coordinate with marketing team to build yearlong engagement journey with customer

4. Analyze conversion funnels along with operations team and identify solutions to improve retention

5. Be the point of contact with insurance companies and internal teams to ensure renewal conversion targets are met.

6. Achieve set AOP targets for b2c retention and manage the entire P&L for B2C renewals

7. Same insurer renewal conversion across SBU's Skills Required: Data Analysis, Business

Communications Candidate Attributes:

• Candidate should have good data analysis and data representation skills; Should be able to take data backed decisions

• Candidate should have good communication skills as he will have to coordinate with sales operations as well as product and marketing teams

• Candidate should be ready to think through out of the box solutions to improve retention and come up long term strategies

• Should be process oriented and able to build processes which can be scaled
