Program Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
We are hiring for a Program Manager who has experience in technology consulting and corporate strategy roles. Proven track record in leading and delivering complex projects, defining solutions, and strategizing for business problems such as performance benchmarking, client engagement programs, and productivity improvements. Skilled in shaping strategic blueprints, defining key initiatives, and collaborating closely with leadership teams to drive business outcomes. Experienced in end-to-end program management of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS
Work with the leadership team on design and execution of both short-term and long-term
strategic business initiatives.
Define solutions & strategy for given business problems as performance benchmarking, client engagement programs, productivity improvements, quality assessments.
Define strategic blueprint and key initiatives to be undertaken by bringing key insights and
trade -offs to the table.
Shape the execution plan for defined strategic initiatives in close coordination with key
leaders across management and business heads.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
End to end Program Management of key strategic initiatives identified.
Championing agile methodologies and orchestrate cross-functional agile squads across
different departments.
Share joint ownership of business outcomes alongside esteemed business heads.
