Civil works (Shops Interior works) Supervisor

Site Visits and Supervision:

• Visit the site regularly to ensure that work progresses as planned.
• Address any design-related problems or changes that may arise during the construction process.
• Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and functionality of the design.

Post-Completion Services:

• Conduct a final walkthrough with the client to ensure everything meets expectations.
• Handle any final adjustments or repairs needed after installation.
• Provide guidance on how to maintain the design.

Concept Development:

• Create design concepts that reflect the clients style and the intended use of the space.
• Incorporate elements like color schemes, lighting, furniture, textures, and materials.

Material Selection:

• Choose appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings.
• Source furniture, fabrics, lighting, flooring, and accessories.
• Ensure selections are both functional and within budget.

3D Visualization and Drafting:

• Create sketches, detailed drawings, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Present these visual representations to clients for feedback and approval.

Budget Management:

• Prepare and manage project budgets.
• Ensure all purchases and labor costs remain within the allocated budget.
• Adjust plans if necessary to meet financial constraints.

Coordination with Contractors:

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other tradespeople.
• Review and oversee construction work to ensure it aligns with the design plan.
