About the Role

As a Customer Relations Associate, you will be the key point of contact for our users, ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer interactions across multiple channels(chat, call, and email).
• Providing top-notch support and resolving customer queries efficiently.
• Navigating and utilizing our Customer Support (CS) tools effectively.
