Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of quality engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual testing.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and implement fixes.
  
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 9-14 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in QA automation using Selenium WebDriver.
  
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes.
