Production Engineer

• Strong understanding of CNC machines, CNC programming, and machining processes.

• 3-7 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  
• Oversee daily shop floor operations, including manpower handling and machine scheduling.
  
• Ensure quality control measures are in place to maintain high-quality output.
  
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to machinery maintenance, tooling, and material management.
