Deeper understanding/knowledge of telecom products (B2B) and experience in B2B telecom products sales and pre-sales
Work with Sales team and enterprise customers
Answer Pre-contract questions related to the products
Provide tailored responses based on queries related to the products
Maintain FAQ Database and documentation for all queries to streamline pre-contract process
Gather feedback from sales team and customers and improve the process
Enhance self-service platform which provides the product information to the customers
Accessing multiple support systems and tools
To access all the information required to deliver the pre-sales queries/questions
To view the status of implementation etc.
Excellent communication skills - work with multiple teams/customers
Success metric: Reduction in pre-sales cycle time by providing complete and accurate answers and suitable product information.
RouteIT Support
Deliverables RouteIT customer support interactions via email chat Application Issue Management and Resolution Support and Management These issues are raised to Supplier via the tool and Supplier shall resolve based upon the issues raised including but not limited to: Outbound customer calls with regard to RouteIT issue management Issue investigation and correction of RouteIT self-provisioning order activity Customer Self-Provisioning RouteIT order Support Training coordination and content creation to facilitate the development of training, videos, etc.
Support of Customer Migration to replace IP-Toll Free application, once available.
