Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Specialist to join our client support team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to ensure their data is properly maintained within our system.
You will troubleshoot technical issues, resolve customer inquiries, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate internal teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset and excellent relationship management skills.
Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in customer support, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing support role, preferably in a B2B environment.
What You ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients, assisting them with system updates and data management.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues reported by clients.
- Guide clients through troubleshooting steps, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Document technical issues and create knowledge base articles for common solutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to internal teams, providing detailed information for efficient resolution.
- Track progress on escalated issues, keeping clients informed of the status and resolution timeline.
- Follow up with clients to ensure full satisfaction once issues are resolved.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing timely, reliable, and professional support.
- Regularly communicate with clients to update them on new system features, improvements, or changes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
- Prepare reports on common issues and trends, working with internal teams to prevent recurring problems.
