Customer Onboarding Executive/Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Onboarding Executive/Manager to oversee the entire onboarding process for buyers at Codename Teakville, a luxury villa plot project by Thrive 360 East Realty Ventures and Ganapati Builders. The role involves managing customer documentation, coordinating with banks for loans, ensuring smooth transactions, and delivering a seamless experience from booking to ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Onboarding & KYC Compliance: Guide customers through the onboarding process and ensure all steps are clear and smooth. Collect and verify KYC documents, coordinating with compliance teams to meet regulatory standards.
• Bank Loan Coordination: Connect customers with banking partners for home loan applications. Assist in loan documentation, ensuring the smooth submission of all required paperwork. Monitor the loan process, following up with both the bank and the customer to ensure timely approval and disbursement.
• Payment and Transaction Management: Collaborate with the accounts team to monitor payment schedules and update customers about due payments. Manage payment records and address any discrepancies with customers or internal teams. Provide regular reports on payment status to management.
• Customer Updates & Villa Progress: Keep customers updated on the development status of their villa plots. Organize site visits and provide progress updates throughout the construction phases. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Post-Sales Coordination: Ensure a smooth transition to the post-sales team for possession and registration processes. Maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer onboarding, loan coordination, or real estate client servicing.
• Knowledge of home loan processes, banking procedures, and legal documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
