Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Strategy Lead to lead the development and execution of our strategy with a focus on building strategic partnerships, creating innovative assets and intellectual property (IP), and designing complementary service offerings to scale our business. This role will collaborate cross-functionally across product, consulting, and go-to-market teams to shape our service line s future trajectory and its competitive position in the market.
Heres how youll contribute:
Youll do this by:
1. Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with complementary products, services, and ecosystems to enhance our offerings.
- Develop a framework for evaluating and onboarding new partners that align with the product strategy and business goals.
- Collaborate with external partners to create joint offerings, co-marketing opportunities, and ecosystem development.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to unlock new value and drive revenue growth.
2. Building Assets and Intellectual Property (IP):
- Lead efforts in developing proprietary assets, frameworks, and tools that add unique value to the product.
- Work with R&D and legal teams to manage IP portfolios and ensure the protection of newly created assets.
- Identify opportunities to create new digital and physical assets that can be monetized or enhance customer value.
3. Consulting:
- Collaborate with internal consulting teams to develop strategic approaches that align customer needs with product offerings.
- Provide subject matter expertise to consulting engagements, ensuring alignment between customer challenges and our solution offerings.
- Develop consulting frameworks, workshops, and toolkits that extend the value of our core products.
4. Design Complementary Service Offerings:
- Identify gaps and opportunities within the existing service portfolio to develop complementary service offerings that drive customer success.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and integrate new services that augment core products.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to create value propositions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches for these service offerings.
5. Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Lead the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new service launches, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and positioning.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of go-to-market plans.
- Monitor the success of go-to-market efforts, including revenue growth, market share, and customer adoption metrics, and iterate strategies accordingly.
- Ensure that go-to-market strategies are designed to scale and can adapt to different regions or industries.
Core Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or related fields with a proven track record in partnerships, consulting, and go-to-market execution.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Product Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to turn market insights into action.
- Proven experience in building and nurturing strategic partnerships.
- Expertise in IP management, consulting frameworks, and service design.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
