Roles & Responsibilities:
- To oversee and manage the product on daily basis through data insights, customer studies, competitive comparisons & benchmarking, stakeholder interviews and closely work with tech team to build product strategy and release features for Payment, SAP and Lower Funnel.
A. Product Management:
- SAP FICO & Lower Funnel Product Manager is responsible for handling Finance and General Controlling related SAP queries. Responsible through Blueprint, Design, Realization, Testing, Go Live and Stabilization activities.
- Provide ongoing production support and system enhancements to SAP FICO business users for all financial accounting
- Manage from concept to launch, collaborating with internal experts and clients to produce intelligent and insightful products and create holistic solutions.
- Industry research and identification of opportunities in competitive space to innovate for customers and distinguish Tata CLiQ Gift Card and Wallet product offerings
- Build, develop and manage the product roadmap for services and features of the platform in conjunction with technical program managers and engineers
- Gather detailed functional requirements and create product requirement (PRDs) and other documents to support rapid development and effectively manage trade-offs between costs / schedules versus customer benefits.
- Ensure PRDs, flow diagrams and wireframes are properly translated to live site and drive problem resolution once new features have gone live.
- Ability to work in agile scrum environment and as Scrum Product Owner
- Act as a Product SME to provide professional expertise and product knowledge to internal groups, customers and partners.
- Lead the ideation, experience and technical development of disruptive innovations across e-E-commerce financial services.
- Involved in Planning and executing unit, functional, system, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing during various phases of testing cycles.
- Managed the delivery of business change and business readiness, working closely with the business to ensure the solution is delivered at a high quality.
- Oversee the development of various features by working closely with designers, developers, the scrum master and business teams/other product funnels
- Integration to loyalty/rewards platform portfolio roadmap, backlog, product documentation, product reporting and KPIs
B. Product Analytics and Measurement:
- Continuously tracking and monitoring consumers, customers and competition and preparing insights & benchmark reports on the same.
- Collaborate with usability, analytics, and engineering team to develop a deep understanding of customers, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for same.
- Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed.
C. Product Operations Support:
- Triage, investigate, prioritize bugs and feature requests
- Respond to product questions coming from internal teams as well as customers in an external-facing capacity
- Work cross-functionally to help manage product rollouts and train internal teams
- Help survey customers and set up user interviews, and help take notes and summarize learnings
Skills and Attributes:
Desirable Knowledge Areas:
- Management and improvement of conversions by improving offers and payments experience for the customer
- Leading end-to-end integration of at least one payment method or payment processor
- SAP Certification on any one of SAP FICO or SAP MM or SAP SD is must.
- 4+ Years SAP FICO/SAP MMSD experience in ECC 6.0
- Analytical skills and familiarity with analytics tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, accommodating both engineering and business stakeholders
- Desire to identify and implement process improvements
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to dig in to complex topics
- Working payment product & ecommerce solution in banking, Telco, e-e-commerce, payment or technology companies
- Ability to thrive in a start-up-like environment
