Job Description:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager with a strong background in ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and Sustainability to lead the development and commercialization of innovative solutions.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and product strategy, with a deep understanding of climate strategies and decarbonization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute product roadmaps for ESG and sustainability-focused solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and industry standards (Pharma, FMCG, Textile, etc.

- Lead cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation of ESG initiatives, including GHG inventory management, Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi) compliance, and Net Zero strategies.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic pricing models, and enhance proposal development to drive revenue growth.

- Manage client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that exceed customer expectations and foster long-term partnerships.

- Monitor industry trends, including regulatory changes, best practices, and emerging sustainability technologies, to continuously evolve the product offerings.

- Represent the company at industry conferences and events, building relationships with key stakeholders and enhancing brand credibility.

- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional development within the product development team.

- This role may require occasional travel to client locations for project coordination, meetings, and on-site work.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven expertise in ESG Implementation Plans and Climate Strategy, with experience in GHG inventory, decarbonization, and CDP reporting.

- Strong business development and client relationship management skills, with experience managing large accounts and achieving significant revenue growth.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams, with a focus on team management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Ability to work closely with stakeholders across industries, including Pharma, FMCG, Textile, and others, to deliver tailored ESG solutions.

- Demonstrated success in developing and launching new product lines, driving market expansion, and increasing brand visibility.
