About the role:
- Propelld is looking for skilled Product Managers who are passionate about solving digital
- Education loan problems for young Indians. If you are thrilled to be part of a growing

Expected deliverable:
- As a Product Manager, you will: Identify holistic problem statements and distill it into meaningful scope of problems for technology to solve at scale
- Write detailed product specifications that allow for prioritization and efficient development including use cases and mocks.
- Craft product objectives at a feature and draft a solid, quarterly product roadmap
- Evangelize and influence stakeholders on priority and impact using strong data points
- Identify and resolve blockers for the by negotiating with the right owners and stakeholders Drive communication and product cadences across cross-functional teams Have a point of view on aspects of product operations, design and marketability.
What you will do:
- Own the vision of the organization
- Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers and product metrics to build innovative features and platform enhancements, especially related to Education loan product and platform.
- Ideate and implement solutions that overlap customer needs, design and technology.
- Design and execute campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Develop cross-sell and referral strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Implement initiatives to increase LTV and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data to evaluate product performance and uncover growth opportunities.
- Utilize SQL, Python, or R to build predictive models and analyze customer behaviour.
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver seamless product experiences.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product offerings.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in customerfacing projects (B2C).
- Hands-on experience in SQL and either Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Proven track record in designing and executing engagement campaigns for cross-sell, referrals, and LTV growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in fintech or Edtech consumer-facing industries is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
